SalesKeyPrescreen is the total on-line hiring solution for sales organizations. SKPS can collect, filter and store resumes along with cover letters and seamlessly administer the SalesKey® assessment to all candidates. The on-line application now is able to filter candidates on up to five user-specified job requirement variables as well as key behaviors as determined by the validated test.
Examples of the new functionality include pre-screening for education level, experience, income requirements, willingness to relocate, certification, and any specific skill-set necessary.
